Onsen Bathing Guide

1. Stay Hydrated Before Bathing

Please drink enough water before entering the hot spring to help prevent dehydration.

2. Cleanse Your Body

Before entering the hot spring bath, please wash your body thoroughly to remove dirt and sweat.

3. Enter the Hot Spring Slowly

The hot spring water may be quite hot. Please enter the bath slowly and allow your body to gradually adjust to the temperature.

4. Leave the Bath After Warming Up

Avoid staying in the bath for too long. As a general guideline, 10–15 minutes is recommended, and you may leave the bath once your body feels comfortably warmed.

5. Dry Off with a Towel

Before returning to the changing room, please gently dry the water from your body with a towel.
