The check-in time: 3:00 p.m. ~ / The check-out time: ~ 10:00 a.m.
Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

5 days before arrival: 30% of the accommodation fee
3 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
1 day before arrival: 80% of the accommodation fee
On the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept VISA, JCB, MasterCard, Nicos, DC, Saison, and UnionPay.
Is there a shuttle service?

Yes, we provide a free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station.

Guests who have dinner reservations should arrive at Kawaguchiko Station by 6:00 p.m. at the latest.

Is day-use bathing available?

We regret that day-use bathing is not available. Only overnight guests can use the hot spring.

No, the hot spring does not have a sauna.

Where can I have a meal?

Meals are served in the dining area on the 1st floor.
What are the dinner and breakfast times?

Dinner: You can choose from 6:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., or 7:00 p.m..
Breakfast: You can choose from 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 8:30 a.m..
Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Bringing food or drinks into the banquet hall or restaurant is not allowed. However, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks into your guest room.
